Free Shipping Policy

Orders over $999.00, purchased and shipped in the contiguous United States ship free.

International Orders and orders from Alaska and Hawaii, over $4,999.00 ship free.  Orders from Canada and Mexico will ship to your door.  All other international orders will be ship to the port nearest your address.  Free International Shipping does not include any custom fees, taxes or other charges at the destination point.  Payment must be made by bank wire transfer for international orders to be eligible for free shipping.

Other Shipping Policies

All listed prices are F.O.B. shipping point. This means that the product prices listed on our website do not include the cost of shipping the product from our warehouse to your location.

In most cases we will be able to ship your order the same day or the next business day.

We ship smaller orders  via FedEx Ground..  Transit times will vary from next day to 5 days, depending on your location.

Larger orders (over 150 ponds) wll be shipped via Fedex Freight, a less-than-truckload (LTL) freight carrier. 

Be sure to let us know if the shipment will be delivered to a residential address or if you will need “lift gate” service with your LTL shipment to drop your product from the truck to the ground. Most customers without a forklift unload the products one at a time from the back of the truck where the driver places the pallet(s).  A lift gate with the delivery will cost you an additional $100.00.  We will not be able to order it until payment is received, so please call us as soon as possible.  LTL freight Drivers will not drive onto your driveway or move the products beyond the front of your property  Someone must be available to receive LTL freight shipments.  

Return and Refund Policy

We make every effort to provide our customers with the highest quality tennis court products available. We hope that every product you receive from us will meet your expectations. However, we realize there may be instances when you need to return an item.

If the product you purchased arrives damaged, the claim will be made against the carrier. If possible, receipt of the goods should be refused if the package is obviously damaged.  Any damage or shortage must be noted on the carrier's shipping document and signed by the driver and you.

All returns and/or order cancellations require authorization from The Court Store, Inc.  If you need to return an item you have purchased from us, please call us and let us know within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. If we authorize a return or cancellation of your order, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. 

Orders of the following coating colors may not be cancelled once ordered, or returned, unless defective: Light Blue, Gray, Tan, Burgundy, Brown or any custom made color.  These colors are made to order because they are rarely purchased, and thus may not be re-sold within a reasonable period before the end of their shelf life.

Windscreen orders may not be cancelled or refunded.  

Terms are Due Upon Ordering, unless other arrangements are made.

  • Returns require The Court Store, Inc. authorization. A 20% restocking fee applies and notice of return must be given within 24 hours of receipt of goods.  

  • Orders paid by credit or debit card which are cancelled, all or in part, after the payment is processed will be charged a 10%  processing fee.  We are penalized by our credit card processor for return payments.  They are considered dissatisfied customers.

  • Shipping charges on returns are buyer’s responsibility.

  • Buyer must make claim against carrier for damaged goods upon receipt.

  • Custom orders and certain court coating colors described above may not be cancelled or returned and require pre-payment. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • All materials and supplies remain the property of The Court Store, Inc. until paid for in full.
